Bohuslän Evening Menu: Welcome drink (1 glass of sparkling wine). Buffet: King crab, Arctic shrimp with aioli, mussels, three kinds of herring, red onion, sour cream, boiled potatoes, Marstrand scrambled eggs, gravlax with Hovmästar sauce, smoked salmon with horseradish cream, seaweed pâté, smoked mackerel with Felchen sauce, hard and soft bread, butter and cheese, two types of cheese, biscuits and accompaniments. Drinks: 1/2 bottle of white wine per person and coffee. Well-chilled schnapps can be ordered to go with the herring.

Gilde Marstrand Buffet with welcome drink (1 glass of sparkling wine). The buffet includes: Freshly baked bread, whipped butter, green salad, garlic mayonnaise, béarnaise sauce, BBQ sauce, marinated onion, mushrooms, gratin potatoes, honey-roasted beetroot, gratin asparagus with chèvre, roasted vegetables. From the carving table: Provençal lamb chop, roast with honey-roasted ham, lemon salmon fillet. Dessert: Apple cake with vanilla pudding and coffee. Drink: Half a bottle of wine per person.

Viking Blood Five-course Viking meal. The first invitation: Baskets with whole vegetables, freshly baked bread and butter, baked potatoes with flavored butter, ribs. The second invitation: Grilled chicken leg. The third invitation: Lamb roast. The fourth invitation: Honey-fried pork belly. Dessert and coffee: Homemade apple cake with pudding. Drinks: Half a bottle of red wine per person and coffee. Guests eat with coarse cutlery or their hands and drink from real bull horns. Staff in Viking costumes. Room decorated with shields, weapons and furs.
