Three courses: Deep Fried Herring (Glazed yellow beets, browned butter, creme fraiche & poppy seeds) + Wallenbergare (Patties of Swedish sirloin with potato puree, jus & petit pois à la français) + Dark Chocolate Tarte (With whipped creme fraiche).
