Wagyu Sukiyaki Kamatama
Thinly sliced soy marinated premium wagyu beef layered over thick futomen noodles, topped with double raw egg yolk, bonito powder and spring onion. Brothless summer ramen style. Break egg yolks and stir with beef and noodles to create a silky sauce.

Dipping style ramen with thick noodles served separately from two contrasting broths. Earth: chilled broth with toasted, creamy sesame flavour. Sea: warm broth layered with niboshi sardine and signature tonkotsu broth.
